Yoga has been part of my life for many years, helping me find more calm, balance and connection through the different chapters of life. I created Ekantik Studio to share that feeling and to create a warm, welcoming space where everyone can feel comfortable, supported and connected.

I teach a variety of yoga classes, from gentle and restorative practices to stronger, more energising flows. I also love creating workshops, special events and retreats that give people the opportunity to explore their practice and wellbeing in a little more depth, both locally and further afield.

I'm passionate about bringing together a small community of inspiring teachers and practitioners, while creating a space where people feel comfortable being exactly where they are.

For me, yoga is about so much more than the physical practice. It's about creating space to breathe, reconnect and leave feeling a little better than when you arrived.

Yoga has been part of my personal practice for over 15 years, always bringing me back to calm, connection and balance. My practice has evolved through different stages of life, but yoga has remained a constant source of grounding and peace.

I completed my 200-hour, multi-style yoga teacher training in Bali in 2024. I love drawing from the different styles and roots of yoga, bringing them together to offer what we need most in each moment. My main styles are Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

My classes are welcoming and supportive, creating a space where you can feel at ease, slow down and connect with yourself and the community around you.

Mat Pilates Instructor

Tanya

Pilates has been part of my life since 2020, and my passion for mindful movement led me to train as an instructor at FHE (Fitness & Health Education) Academy in London.

I teach Mat Pilates with the belief that one of the greatest skills we can develop is the ability to move our bodies well - anywhere, anytime, with nothing more than a mat.

Precision is the Pilates principle that inspires me most. I love observing how each body moves and adapting exercises to suit individual needs. Even in a group class, I design each session around the people in the room, offering options and modifications so everyone feels supported and challenged at their own level.

I believe it's never too early, or too late, to start Pilates. It's a long-term investment in your body, helping to improve mobility, posture, breathing and strength, so you can keep doing the things you love with confidence.

Outside the studio, I enjoy strength training, learning about nutrition, and cooking and baking for family and friends. I look forward to welcoming you to class!
